Specificity:This is an antibody designed to detect Fc Fragment Of IgG Low Affinity IIIb Receptor (FcgR3B) ; FcgR3B
Gene synonims:FCGR3B; FCGR3B; CD16; FCG3; CD16b; FCGR3; FCR-10; FCRIII; FCRIIIb; CD16B; FCG3; FCGR3; IGFR3; Fc-gamma RIII; Fc-gamma RIIIb; FcRIII; FcRIIIb
Properties:If you buy Antibodies supplied by MBS Polyclonals they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.
Test:A high affinity purification column was use to purify Anti-Fc Fragment Of IgG Low Affinity IIIb Receptor (FcgR3B) by MBS Polyclonals by chromatographic size exclusion.
Purification method:The most common purification methods used in the antibody production are Affinity Chromatography, Caprylic Acid Ammonium Sulfate Precipitation, Antigen Affinity method, etc.
Additional isotype:Antibody fragments and scFv fragments, single chain variable fragments can be E. coli expressed. Fragment peptides for polyclonals give monoclonal like antibodies as the epitope is very small. IgG Fc and(ab)2 fragments are small and stable subunits of the antibody obtained by enzymatic digestion. Complement fragments, bp DNA fragments are common.IgG
About:Immunoglobulin gamma, IgG, mouse monoclonal H&L chain clones or rabbit, goat polyclonal antibodies have 4 parts. There are 2 heavy chains, 2 light chains. The IgG antibody has 2 antigen binding sites. They represent 70% or more of serum antibodies. This antibody can be antigen purified or protein A or G purified. For storage sodium azide is added or you can call us to request azide free antibody preparations. These will need colder storage temperatures.
Storage, shipping and handling:The antibody is shipped at +4 degrees Celsius. Upon receving, freeze at -20. For longer periods of time we recommend keeping the vial frozen at -40 or -80. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing as they may denaturate the polypeptide chains of the antibody. Due to transportation or handling reasons, small amounts of the antibody might get caught on the lid or walls of the vial. We recommend you to briefly cetrifuge the vial prior to use to gather the content on the bottom.

Description:This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.Antibody for research use.The receptors are ligand binding factors of type 1, 2 or 3 and protein-molecules that receive chemical-signals from outside a cell. When such chemical-signals couple or bind to a receptor, they cause some form of cellular/tissue-response, e.g. a change in the electrical-activity of a cell. In this sense, am olfactory receptor is a protein-molecule that recognizes and responds to endogenous-chemical signals, chemokinesor cytokines e.g. an acetylcholine-receptor recognizes and responds to its endogenous-ligand, acetylcholine. However, sometimes in pharmacology, the term is also used to include other proteins that are drug-targets, such as enzymes, transporters and ion-channels.
