Description:Cellufine Sulfate Media is suitalble for purification, concentration and depyrogenation of virus, viral and microbial antigens, and heparin-binding proteins. This media is based on a callulose matrix, and the beads are spherical and sulfate esters are in lower concentration. This low concentration makes the media similar to immobilized heparin or sulfated dextran. These properties give the media short dsorption and desorption times.
