Matched pairs for sandwich ELISA: Use 70R-IR042 as the capture antibody with 60R-IR042BT for detection. These will detect their Recombinant IL22 protein, Cat no. 30R-AI117.  

Storage:

Store at -20 deg C until reconstitution. Following reconstitution product may be stored at 4 deg C in the short term. For long term storage aliquot and freeze at -20 deg C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Avidin and Streptavidin bind to the small biotin and are couple to HRP or AP for ELISA. To break the streptavidin Biotin bond we suggest to use a 6 molar guanidine HCl solution with acidity of pH 1.6.
