Specificity and cross-reactivity:

Recognizes rat Na+/H+ Exchanger 1 (NHE1). The immunogen peptide shows no significant homology with other NHE isoforms (NHE2-5). Species Sequence Homology: Mouse, human, bovine and hamster.
