Keep as concentrated solution. Store at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Description:
The MPC-11 immunoglobulin has unknown specificity. This antibody was chosen as an isotype control after screening on a variety of resting, activated, live, and fixed mouse, rat and human tissues.
Antibody's is used for:
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis (The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used ≤ 0.5 µg /106 cells in 100 µl). Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.
Properties:
If you buy Antibodies supplied by Elabscience they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.Cy5 antibodies are excited by the 650-nanometer wave of an argon laser and detected at a 670-nanometer captor.Immunoglobulin Isotype specific antibodies and controls are specific to the immunoglobulin heavy chains and immunoglobulin light chains. Mouse monoclonal antibodies from this clone have all the same affinity to the antigen. Also polyclonal antibodies are Isotype purified amd conjugated or if they are used as control non conjugated.
Test:
A high affinity purification column was use to purify Mouse IgG2b Isotype Antibody PE- -Conjugated by Elabscience by chromatographic size exclusion.Mouse or mice from the Mus musculus species are used for production of mouse monoclonal antibodies or mabs and as research model for humans in your lab. Mouse are mature after 40 days for females and 55 days for males. The female mice are pregnant only 20 days and can give birth to 10 litters of 6-8 mice a year. Transgenic, knock-out, congenic and inbread strains are known for C57BL/6, A/J, BALB/c, SCID while the CD-1 is outbred as strain.
