Notes:antibody potency and purity has been evaluated by immunoelectrophoresis, single radial immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony), ELISA,immunoblotting and enzyme inhibition.
Scientific context:beta-glucosidase (EC=22.214.171.124) is an enzyme which catalyzes the hydrolysis of terminal non-reducing residues in beta-D-glucosides with release of glucose acting upon upon β1->4 bonds linking two glucose or glucose-substituted molecules.
Storage condition:store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.
